Privacy and cookie policy

This notice explains what data the site processes, why it is needed, who may receive it and how you can control your choices.

1. Who is responsible

Controller: S.R.L. “HOOKAH SMOKE”, IDNO 1015600026706. Registered address: mun. Chișinău, sec. Rîșcani, str. Alexandru cel Bun 97, ap. 27. This policy applies to center.kamora.md.

2. Data we collect

  • Data you provide: name, phone number, Telegram handle, booking date and time, guest count, message and comments.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, requested page, date and time, error and security information.
  • After separate consent: a pseudonymous visitor identifier, menu and favorites interactions, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel data.
  • Your device stores the selected language, favorites and a record of your privacy choice.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Bookings and messages — steps requested before a contract, performance of arrangements and responding to your request.
  • Site operation and security, abuse prevention, rate limiting and technical logs — our legitimate interest in a safe and reliable service.
  • Analytics and marketing — your consent only. They are off by default, can be enabled separately and withdrawn at any time.
  • We do not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Optional trackers do not load before your choice. Refusing does not limit the site.

5. Recipients and transfers

  • Requests are handled by authorized staff; form messages are sent through Telegram and are not stored in the public site database.
  • Hetzner and Cloudflare provide hosting, delivery and security. Cloudflare Web Analytics works without cookies and, according to the service description, does not build individual profiles.
  • Google receives data only when analytics is allowed; Meta only when marketing is allowed. Some providers may process data outside Moldova; required contractual and legal safeguards are used.
  • We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

  • Messages and bookings are kept in business correspondence for no more than 12 months after handling, unless needed longer for a dispute or legal obligation.
  • Internal statistics and Google Analytics cookies — up to 180 days; Meta Pixel — up to 90 days; your choice record — 180 days.
  • Web server logs rotate daily and are kept for up to 15 days. Language and favorites remain on your device until deleted.

7. Your rights

  • You may request access, correction, erasure or restriction, object to processing, request portability where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting processing before withdrawal.
  • Cookie settings remain available through the “Privacy” button. Withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it.
  • We respond without undue delay and generally within one month. We may request proof of identity to protect your data.

8. How we protect data

We use access controls, HTTPS, rate limiting, backups and component updates. No transmission or storage method can eliminate every risk.
